Congress Invitation

The 30th International Mining Congress and Exhibition (IMCET 2027), organized by the UCTEA Chamber of Mining Engineers, will be held at the Granada Luxury Belek Hotel in Antalya, Türkiye, from November 23 to 25, 2027.

Organized under the motto “Connecting the World Through Technology, Inspiring the Future of Mining,” IMCET 2027 aims to bring the global mining community together to address shared challenges, explore emerging opportunities, and contribute to shaping the future of mining engineering.

Now entering its sixth decade, IMCET remains one of the leading scientific and technical gatherings in the mining sector, bringing together researchers, academics, and industry professionals from Türkiye and around the world.

The scientific program of IMCET 2027 has been designed to cover all disciplines of mining, including rock mechanics, digitalization, mineral processing, critical raw materials, waste management, decarbonization, and sustainability practices.

Congress Language

The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English.

Simultaneous interpretation between Turkish and English will be provided during all sessions.

Scientific & Technical Program

Call for Papers & Important Dates

Participants wishing to present a paper are required to submit an abstract of no more than 200 words through the online paper submission system. Please refer to the Important Dates section for notification of abstract acceptance and submission deadlines. Authors whose abstracts are accepted must prepare their full papers in accordance with the formatting guidelines provided on the congress website and submitted through the online submission system before the specified deadline. All accepted papers will be published in the Congress Proceedings and indexed in international databases. Selected papers will be invited for consideration for publication in a special issue of the Scientific Mining Journal, published by the UCTEA Chamber of Mining Engineers.
